Businesses or individuals with expertise and a strong network in healthcare, digital marketing, IVR solutions, website development, or local networks can become Channel Partners. We evaluate each application based on these criteria and other factors such as past experience and alignment with Smartsevak's goals.

Channel Partners can choose from three tiers:
Referral Partner: Provides leads and recommendations.
Engagement Partner: Actively engages in the sales process, conducts demos, follows up with leads, and negotiates deals.
Premier Partner: Manages the entire sales process and onboarding, including conversions, follow-ups, and providing a dedicated point of contact for clients.

Revenue sharing is based on the activities performed by the Channel Partner:
1. Direct Referral Bonus
2. Conversion Carried out by C.P.
3. Onboarding Managed by C.P
4. Renewal Commission

Further information is shared in contract shared to Vendor.

Smartsevak provides the following support:

Product Team Support:

Available for email support to address any technical queries or issues.

Sales Personnel:

Available to handle complex queries, follow-ups, and assist in closing deals.

Yes, all Channel Partners will enter into a formal contract with Smartsevak (Vedakrit Infotech Private Limited) outlining the terms and conditions of the partnership, including roles, responsibilities, revenue sharing, confidentiality, non-compete clauses, termination, and dispute resolution.

If a client requests a refund or if the conversion is not completed for any reason, Vedakrit Infotech Private Limited is not obligated to pay any amount to the Channel Partner.

No, Channel Partners are not authorized to create their own brand using the Smartsevak name or misuse the Smartsevak brand. They may be granted the right to resell Smartsevak *products and services but must use the name “Smartsevak” exclusively.

Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice. The Company reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately in case of any breach of contract by the Channel Partner.
